Names and addresses of the recipients of flowers are stored to ensure flowers are delivered correctly, in the event of any problems or complaints and further to remind the sender of key occasions, ie Birthdays,
Anniversaries, Mothering Sunday etc. The details are stored on our data base for a maximum of four years. When you purchase flowers via the Bellefleur Nursery Website, we do not store your credit card information.

By ordering products and using this website you agree to our guarantee and terms and conditions set out below:
Bellefleur Nursery aims to be the best supplier of floral products via post. If you are not happy with any of our products that you have ordered, simply notify us within 7 days of receipt and we will offer a replacement as soon as practically possible. All bouquets are delivered by post, therefore the actual date of delivery cannot be guaranteed and could be after the selected delivery date.
In the event that flowers are not received, please contact us within 3 days after the delivery date and we can then replace your flowers as soon as is practically possible. Please make sure that the recipient will be at the address for sometime after the expected delivery date as if the recipient no longer stays or resides at the address where delivery has failed we will not be able to refund on the basis that the recipient is no longer there though we will be able to re-send the flowers as part of our guarantee.
We do not refund orders unless there has been an error in the order process or that a duplicate order has been placed. We do not refund orders once the order has been accepted, nor do we refund based on late or failed deliveries but we guarantee, if the address is correct, to re-send any product as soon as practicably possible.
Bellefleur Nursery does not deliver to PO Box numbers and cannot deliver to incomplete addresses. As this is a postal service Bellefleur Nursery cannot be held liable for incorrect recipient's addresses. Please make sure that all addresses including postcodes are complete and correct. Please ensure all addresses and postcodes are in capital letters and spaced correctly as failure to do this can result in flowers getting lost and Bellefleur Nursery cannot be liable for this.
Whilst every effort is made to make deliveries when requested and prevent delivery requests for such dates such as public holidays, Bellefleur Nursery cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries due to factors such as public holidays and or postal strikes and factors within and beyond our control and will endeavour to deliver either before or after dates requested or as soon as is practicably possible.
Bellefleur Nursery will despatch to but at your risk and does not guarantee delivery to universities, halls of residence, hospitals, companies, shops, military bases, residential homes, mobile home parks, schools and institutions as there is a higher incidence of deliveries not reaching the recipients at such institutions.
For Mothers Day, Valentines Day or Christmas due to the volumes of orders, we cannot amend, cancel or change any orders placed 8 days prior to the published latest despatch date.
Deliveries to rural and remote areas including islands can take longer so please allow an extra day.
In the event of the recipient not being at the address at the time of delivery, the postman will leave a card stating that there is a parcel to collect from the local post office parcel collection centre.
All floral gifts are subject to availability and stringent quality checks. Bellefleur Nursery reserves the right to send a similar floral gift or product of equal or greater value as and when necessary.
All credit/debit card payments are subject to automated online validation checks by Sec Pay and authorisation by the card issuer via our secure online server. If the issuer of your credit/debit card does not authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
By using this website you do so at your own risk and neither Bellefleur Nursery nor any associated companies; parent or subsidiary, any of its associates, employees or partners are responsible for any error, accident, hurt feelings or misfortune that should result or be incurred by such usage and or purchase or receipt or care of products, nor is the reliability, functionality or software guaranteed.
Bellefleur Nursery nor any of its associated companies; parent or subsidiary, associates, employees or partners will not be liable for any amount exceeding that of the monetary value spent by any customer.
All flowers must have their stems cut about an inch from the bottom of the stems on receipt and every two to three days re-cut and placed in fresh, clean water in a clean vase or container. perishability will depend on level of care and lower room temperature.
